Face the Current is built on the foundation of each staff member acting according to the highest standard of ethical behavior, including honesty, fairness and transparency. We believe that all workers deserve a fair and ethical workplace and must be treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Our company is committed to a workplace free of harassment and abuse.
Face the Current employs a five step process for writing and review of all content prior to publishing. Our editorial team researches and writes, cross-checks for revisions and edits, allows for the article or interview subject to proof the feature and submit revisions when applicable, and has a final review process prior to publishing content on our website and/or in the magazine. We accept revision requests at any time after publishing. Once a magazine issue is rendered final, we are unable to make changes. Therefore we ensure contributors and article subjects have the opportunity to review and make changes prior. All web content and social media content can and will be revised upon request at any time.
