Sasha Frate and Parashakti have both devoted their paths to acting as mediums with their ‘art’ through which they can inspire, educate, and create lasting positive change in lives and for the betterment of our planet. Adding to the Face the Current media platform, the two are coming together with a powerful intention to amplify voices and impact.
Beliefs carry emotion, and emotion turns to action. Those beliefs then influence the way we live and they all carve out the path that is your life. Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy. Human beings have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that disempowers them or one that can literally save their lives. -Tony Robbins
The strength of the human spirit has proven to enable individuals and communities to survive even some of the most devastating situations. Parashakti and Sasha will look at these stories and the beliefs behind the ‘spirit’ that propels people through some of the most incredible challenges faced around the world, and they will also look at the beliefs that people carry with them through day to day life that enable them to thrive. Many individuals also feel empowered by, and a greater belonging to community, with a belief in something that they stand strongly for. This could be world peace, sustainable living, oneness, self-love and worth, etc. So what happens when we match people collectively with their dreams- their beliefs? Can it stimulate and trigger a harmony through collective energy and create a ripple effect of positive change in lives and for our planet?
I humbly submit that what is missing is belief– behind our affirmations and positive declarations, we are missing a belief that it will work and the gratitude for the healing that will absolutely follow. – Face the Current community member, Adrie
Questions Parashakti and Sasha will address:
Where do our beliefs really come from?
There are many paths, is there only one truth? What do you believe in? What are your truths that inspire your path in life and motivate you to live fully and with purpose?
What are the beliefs that make people happy? Successful?
What are empowering beliefs?
How can people change limiting beliefs?

Blue is the color of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, and truth. Blue is also considered beneficial to the mind and body, as it is known to slow human metabolism and produce a calming effect. Thus this color reflects a sense of stability in believing, confidence to stand in one’s beliefs, an exploration of wisdom, trusting, and a seeking of one’s truth. We aim to share a sense of connection and peace, wisdom to guide and inspire us, confidence to be one’s potential, trust in living authentic and true to our purpose, stability in the support of a global conscious community, and mind-body well-being.
Why 7 letters?
B.E.L.I.E.V.E = 7
Parashakti and Sasha have been inspired by the number 7 for its powerful and profound spiritual energy and mystical meaning across cultures from all the world from ancient times to the present: from the Bible to the Chakras; the Seven Heavens and Seven Earths of mystical tradition; the Seven Wonders of the World and Seven Ages of ‘Man,’ the seven days in our week, and the seven sense organs in our heads (two nostrils, two ears, two eyes and one mouth). Parashakti’s Dance of Liberation is created through Seven Foundations, modeled on the seven-fold Medicine Wheel she learned from her Native American elders. The Medicine Wheel offers seven directions and wisdom teachings (North, South, East, West, Above, Below, and the Self). In the mystical tradition of Kabbalah, the seven parts of the human body have a parallel energy in the universe: the sexual organs are the foundation of all being; the hands are love and strength; the torso is beauty, and the legs are victory and glory.
From a kabbalistic point of view, the seven sense organs together create a vividly alive matrix for our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical selves. Like the seven chakras of eastern philosophy, the seven sense organs are gateways of divine energy that put us in alignment with the universe as a whole. The Kabbalah teaches that what is above is below; the sevens which characterize the human body also characterize the whole cosmos. The ancient Book of Creation describes seven levels of creation: form, matter, a combination of form and matter, minerals, vegetables, animals, and human beings, the last “most beloved.”
