A DAY ON RETREAT
DAY ONE
Ease into the retreat with a gentle welcoming yoga practice followed by a delicious group dinner.

DAY TWO
Start the day with a grounding morning yoga practice before eating breakfast and heading to your Ayurvedic workshop and cooking class. Then, after lunch, you’ll have some free time until your evening consultations. The day will end with a wholesome and hearty group dinner.

DAY THREE
Start your day with a fiery morning yoga practice followed by breakfast. Then, you’ll depart for your excursion to Sigiriya Rock and Minneria Reserve. When you return, you’ll recenter with evening yoga practice and a delicious dinner.

DAY FOUR
Flow into the day with a nourishing morning yoga practice followed by breakfast. Then head to an optional cooking class at a family home in Kandy before your evening yoga class. End the day with a delicious dinner.

DAY FIVE
Start the day early with an energizing morning yoga practice before eating breakfast and heading out for an excursion to the tea plantation. You’ll visit a nearby waterfall and pick your very own tea before heading home, where you’ll regroup with a centering evening yoga session followed by dinner.

DAY SIX
Start the day with a morning yoga session, followed by breakfast. Then, head outside for some kayaking or hiking before lunch. You’ll have some time to rest and reflect before your evening yoga session, which will be followed by a final group dinner and closing circle.

DAY SEVEN
Say goodbye to your surroundings and prepare for the journey home.
